Pangare Plus and Phantom Shamrock

    We have two new genes for March!



    Pangare Plus

    The first is the new Pangare Plus. Like Sooty Plus, Pangere Plus is a variant form of the normal pangare allele. It causes the lightening of red pigment on the horse's muzzle and underbelly. It shows on horses with bay or chestnut base colors. It only requires one copy to show but shows better with two copies.

    It can be purchased through the end of the month via the RGS and has joined the normal RGS rotation.

    Phantom Shamrock

    Shamrock is our latest phantom gene. It requires pinto markings to show and can be hidden by appaloosa markings. It is a mix of three leaf clovers and rare four-leaf clovers to hunt for.

    It can be purchased through the end of the month via the RGS.

    Hi there! Did you intend for Pangare to show up on Black Based Horses? I thought it was only for chestnut, bay and brown. Is there new information out on the gene?

    There is no information on the pangere gene or complex of genes in real life. There is however fading black horses in real life and I am leaving P+ as a representation of that.
