Can't pull straws from new stud?

Hey all, I recently purchased a new stallion and I am unable to pull straws from him; his name is listed on the advance breeding lab, but no button to collect straws exists. It does say he has 482 straws pulled (from his previous owner); is there a limit to how many can exist in the game at one time?I mostly play on mobile so I can't usually see signatures!
Breeding Pearl Warmbloods, Little Red Riding Ponies, and... whatever else suits my fancy lol. -
The limit for straws is 500 straws total, and only premium accounts can pull that many. Basic accounts can’t pull more than 100 straws from any stud. So if you have a basic account you wont be able to pull straws from him until his outstanding straw count is under 100.
On a side note if you look when you go to buy a horse it will tell you right there how many straws/eggs are currently pulled. -

When I went to buy the horse, there was no indication of how many straws had been pulled from him. I have seen it on a few other horses, mostly mares, but it seems to be hit or miss for the stallions.I mostly play on mobile so I can't usually see signatures!

In that case I’d do a possible bug post for Ammit. Also you could message the previous owner and ask to buy some straws from them.

If the horse is being auctioned it won't list how many straws are pulled, only if it was for sale.HJ1: 83716 / HJ2: 120
