You’ll know immediately. I believe they have mermaid/fish tails (or they used to) and It should say on the horse page that they can be turned in for a gmt.

you have to follow the promps to "remove" the tail and you 'll get a GMT token for it ; then it looks like a normal horse. I know last year Ammit put a moratorium on selling them for a while due to the demand and becuase new er member have a better chance of getting them. the GMT token is worth 125k ; so if you decide to sell make sure you price accordingly.

If you create your horses as foals, the tail does not show on the picture until they age up (although it is listed on their tack tab), but they will be on the Deep Sea background and have the link to the turn in page.
