I got a gift with lace and now i own 'phantom lace' gene, what does it mean and how does this work ?

It means that you can own and breed intact horses with the lace gene :)ID 195859

It means
1) your gifter is awesome
2) you can now buy and breed to unsnipped horses with that gene, without the licence you can only own snips and can't use straws or live cover with the gene.Licensed for:

I believe you're right, @Maribo. Before that you could only add the genes to a horse the giftee currently owned.
