What determines 'sellback amount' for barns?

I was looking into selling some of my smaller barns to clean up a bit, and saw that some size 15 barns have a sellback value of 3 IVs, but for others it's 11 IVs. Likewise with the size 30 barns, most had a sellback value of 7 IVs, but a few were 23 IVs. All of the barns are full to max capacity. Does anyone know what causes this discrepancy? Just curious.

I think it was dependent on how they were purchased (IV vs real money) but I can't remember for sure.#243786
