Boosting
-
Hi,
I have this wonderful mare
ALP Lubna 1G
Since i have also a great liver stallion (red papered boosted former cherry Drop), I would like to boost the mare in order to get it red papered too. How many boosts % are needed in your opinion ? -
I always start with 1 and then add as needed to get them where they need to be
-
A "Perfect Foundation" level of Yellow is the highest Yellow possible and would need only one 1% boost to turn into the lowest possible Red. Giving them a 5% boost would turn them into the best possible Exceptional level of Red.
Your mare isn't from a DHH that is a PF, so she could possibly take more than one 1% just to hit Red.
Giver her as much of a boost as you can afford.
And/or, make a post that you are looking for liver Exceptional mares.Bluegrass #143376 * Specializing in Iced Axiom (ExPro Cobs) and Iced Phantoms (PF Riding Ponies)

Yes thx Johara, I'll do it, in the meanwile i am collecting expro hom. Sty 3 yrs old for next breeding season. It costs fewer to add DP (het) and probably more promising.
I keep the yellow mares for other C papered stallions :)Post edited by Alpan at 2021-07-10 10:36:55 -
But if you want her to be a red to have the best chance at intact foals with your expro, it would be best to give her a 5% boost, as that would get her as close as possible to his breeding ability.
But to be honest, it would be waaaay cheaper to buy a liver expro, or try to create one yourself.ID 195859 -
I have this 7 year old liver chestnut mare who has never been bred. I'd be happy to make her a warmblood, if that's the type you prefer and sell her to you for 2700 hbs.

The first 41 of these are Red papered and at least het DP. None are warmblood, but if you are interested in any of them please feel free to message me, I think three gifts are the only ones I wouldn't sell.
