Merging horses? CLOSED
-
Ok, I may have been dreamimg, but I thought I saw somewhere you can merge two horses together to get better quality. I have often seen two tattoos on a horse, ie ex pro and leopard appy, as an example
Is this possible? How does one accomplish this?Post edited by Ambervalleyarabians at 2021-07-28 07:57:43 -
Okay yes, it is possible.
So when you go to merge the two horses the horse whose age, paper, and gender you want, to use as the primary horse. This is for foundations.
For lined horses, they must be full siblings. But the same rules apply. Age gender and paper level are used from the primary horse. I have done this in the past when the best testing colt has none of the genes I require but has a spelded sibling that has everything i want.

This is in the GMT lab. I believe it costs 10 GMTs. It should be listed at the bottom of the page.

I just copied this off my "GMT" Lab for Merging horses :
You may modify the genetics of any horse you own that is unbred, and gene tested. Some rare genes can not be modified. Each modification costs at least 1 GMT token per allele. You have 5 GMT tokens. You can purchase more on the upgrade page. -
Or those horses might be from special creation events. Sometimes Ammit gives us extra DHHs on top of our regular DHHs for a special day event.
