A question about boosting, what happens to exceptional if they are boosted (104% + 5% ?).
And how can I consider a blue/A papered horse ?

When an exceptional is given a 5% boost they jump to a Blue/A paper level.

Yes the percentage would be 109% on a 5% boosted exceptional.
I don’t know what percentage star/gold is.
