    look for Exceptional xxx Appoloosa's in the herd helpers daily post ; they come in a miriad of colors and then you can create it :) HOM Lp tho is going to be difficult without GMT'ing it; of the 65 Lp Foundation Stallions i have 4 are naturally HOM ; do you have a color preference?; I might be able to sell one of them to you

    Homozygous Lp Studs for Sale

    There are studs like that for sale but all the ones who match your criteria are pretty expensive. The Foundation Rescues are all most likely going to be C papered. I’d recommend waiting for an Exceptional Appaloosa HH like Annis mentioned :)
