Newsletter's horse not available

Hi,
I was trying to enter from PC in order to get the horse of the newsletter but it doesn't work. Probably I am not doing the right things but I don't remember how I did it the last time.

Check you junk mail folder ; mine ended up in there for 3 or 4 months running ; sometimes outlook is stupid about " junk " vs "non junk" .
also in your search box you can ask for "Hunt"

I got the mail but when I click on Bluegrass Server I enter HaJ but I am not able to find the horse

The game opens and I am in the page of "Stable Overview" - I tried to create a new horse but it was a usual one (2500 hbs and no points).

Yup sounds like you were not logged in. You have to be logged in before you click the email link.Need to contact me? Read this first.
