The entries listed on the Resources tab are the best help in what's already available. However, you can always ask questions, the more specific the better, either here in the forum or in the Player Support buddy chat. You may have to wait some, since not everyone is continually online here, but we're a very helpful and supportive group and someone will always come around to answer your questions. This is an incredibly complex game, since it's based on the uncertainty of real life.

ConfluenceStable, the moderator, has said (and I've quoted her quite a few times), "The only stupid question about this game is the one you don't ask." :D
