Not receiving the newsletter

I didn't receive the newsletter today, looked in spam as well. I changed my email to see if that will fix the problem for future ones but is it possible to get the one from today or will I have to wait to see if I get the next one?Post edited by ElvenEquestrian at 2021-09-21 10:19:32

@kgstable Thanks for the help. I did search and nothing showed up. I have received pasture breeding emails etc. so I'm not sure what happened. Hopefully the new email will help.

Either you are not signed up for it or your mail company is preventing you from receiving it. Transactional emails like the pasture are not the same as newsletters and email companies handle them diffrently.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

@OppsDotCOm ; where do you get lost ?
When you fist log in Member home is the page that loads.... Account and Stable management is a choice under Member home ; if you click it the choice will expand and you will be able to see buttons to click on ; one of them is Manage Email Settings ; there you can confirm or change what email you are using for the game ; if everything is correct you can just click your barn page and continue with what you are doing ; if there is something wrong you can make the changes and click save.
