Candy Pony question

I just created a candy pony. (The name I had chosen by impulse was "Scrumdiddlyumptious," which makes everything better.)
What happens in the "Turn in candy pony" page? I don't want him to disappear. He's the best horse I created by accident. Are there any other bonuses to having one, other than getting a gene modifier token? -
He will just revert to a regular horse. He will keep all of his genes and original color, just lose the candy coating color and your account will be given a GMT token which can be used to gene mod your horses. You will get to keep him.Bluegrass 272432 | Forest 54250 | Mesa 9056
