Confusion over Public Sale Restriction

So I was trying to post this colt for public sale:
14368996
And I got the message “ This horse has a restricted gene and can not be placed for public sale. It may be sold via auction (ice 8 and below and nexus) or buddy sale only.” I thought the public sale restriction only applied to orange genes like chocolate/nexus/ice? He does have Splash M, but that’s a licensed gene and I thought those could be publicly sold to anyone who has the license.
Am I misunderstanding how the gene restricted public sales work?I mostly play on mobile so I can't usually see signatures!
Breeding Pearl Warmbloods, Little Red Riding Ponies, and... whatever else suits my fancy lol. -
Anything that requires a license to breed cannot be sold on the public sales list, :)Specializing high quality dark horses with lots of chrome.

That is not actually true. Licensed genes can be sold on the public list. This is a bug, probably a holdover from before we had licenses.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
