Tack packs do not get removed once you have purchased them. Are you trying to look at the purchase page? That will not show you everything you own. You have to look at the horse page.

@Belmont123 Go to the Voucher Exchange page under the Upgrade tab. If you do not have any IVs, click on the Buy IV's button, you can purchase them there for 12,500hs each. The build a bridle costs 2 IVs. Then click the IV shopping button and scroll down till you get to the tack pack you want and click the buy button. Once you have purchased a tack pack it will show up on the tack tab of all your horses that it works for. Build a bridle will not show up on foals, and the tack packs intended for specific body types only show for horses with that body type.

Most are seasonal, but some were special event packs only. But a lot of them show up around winter festivities

@Ambervalleyarabians do not look at the IV purchase page. Look at your horse page. That will show you all the ones you own.
