Hey guys! Not sure how to word this, so maybe I'm just over thinking the whole ordeal lol!

If my giftee requested a gene I don't have but they DO already own, do I keep the Licenses? I've sent genes via gift exchange before and I remember it saying something along the lines of "be careful of transferring your last license" so you don't accidently give your giftee your access to a license.

Example because I'm super over thinking this:
Giftee wants the new ice 17 on a dream horse, and had already purchased the gene themselves
I don't have this gene, but purchase it while making the gift horse
When i send the horse via exchange, because they already own the gene, do I now have the Licenses as well? Or does it 0 out because I no longer have a horse with that gene?

Alternate question: if your last horse of a gene passed away, do you still have that gene?
