When I enter horses by hand, I pick the show with the least entries, in hopes that mine has less competition. Though I don't know if the show even works that way, or waits until the show fills.

When you click to enter a whole barn, is it all random which show they enter? If I have time, am I better off choosing which show individually?

I had asked about this before and was told it didn't really matter in the long run. When you
enter a whole barn, you end up competing against yourself most times.

Ex. It will throw all the horses that are 5W in that class in so it
runs. Out of the 14 slots, you could fill 12 of them. (if not all)

Ammit did a test on this once and concluded that it doesn’t make a difference in the long run. I just show some of my horses by hand because it’s fun! Anything I don’t get to by Saturday is auto shown :)

The point spread in shows tends to be almost identical for every class. If you win or lose against other barn's horses you would win or lose against your own. It is not worth hand entering.
