I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I haven't got a working gmail account, hotmail drives me insane. Can someone recommend a good email provider please?

Ammit, in order to change your email, you have to know the old email. I don't know the old one and I can't find a spot where you do "lost/forgotten password".

The "forgot my password" option is under the login fields if you log out and go to the login page. But you would need to have access to your old email to get the link to reset a new password without using the old password. And since you need the old password to change your email to a new one to have access to the link, it seems like a bit of a catch-22. You might have to PM Ammit about this to be sure she sees you're having this problem.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom
