ISO High PT Straws

I’m looking for a bunch of high PT (14+) Star straws for some of my Gold mares and eggs that I can’t seem to push over the 13.9 Hill. Very open budget. Prefer without LE genes but I’m honestly plenty to any. I have all Gene licenses except Ice 4. (Which I Hope is coming up on roving soon lol)
