    Woohoo!! Congrats,@miamoo! It's a super low chance although I'm unsure of the percent. I've been playing since March 2020 and I got my first set of twins last month.

    They're probably as rare in the game as in real life, though I don't know for sure.

    Horses aren’t designed to carry twins, so it’s extremely rare :)
