A glitch?

Not that this matters but I thought it was curious. I was deciding who was going out to pasture this month and noticed that this boy has a copy of well... Im not quite sure what. Between his 2 copies of DFP2 lied WSP. Would that be wisps? There's no way he got wisps as he had some foals before it even came out. Like I said not that it matters, I can just delete the tattoo for it but I just thought it was weird and if anyone knew what it meant.
