    So adding RGS genes to chimeras adds 1 copy to both of the different strands and the 2 copy the rest to both of the different strands? So I'll just be paying twice for Hom to add on both sets and not 4 times to make her completely Hom on both sets? Thinking of making her even more special.

    To answer you question, yes the RGS adds the gene to both gene sets of a chimera for each gene you buy. If you modify a chimera in the GMT lab you have to modify each set individually.
