I don't understand what happened
  • I got an email after my pastures bred, saying that my 2 stallions and 47 mares produced 46 healthy foals. This is the mare that didn't produce a foal:

Can anyone explain what might have happened? I checked all my mares against my stallions to make sure no lethal kit or frame combinations were possible before putting them in pasture, so I don't understand where I went wrong, and I want to avoid this problem in the future. Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Did you pull eggs from her recently? Or do a mass egg flush this season? It's showing that she's been bred.
  • Nope. I don't have a premium upgrade, so I can't pull eggs.

  • Any chance you bred her before she went in the pasture or she was up for public brood before going in the pasture?

  • No. I created her, put her in her first two events, then put her straight into pasture

  • I'm sure. I've never sold a foal back to the game.

  • Really not anything I can do or say about it. The chance that a foal was sold back is too high. I absolutely believe what Mack Z says they remember happening but this is one of those things that I have to wait and see some kind of pattern before I can say anything more than that. It is far more likely there is a sold-back foal than a bug out of nowhere. Sorry I know that is not a satisfying answer.
