The points are just because she was newly created by a stable that holds less than 20,000 points overall. Once your stable has a total of 20,000 points from all your horses, none of the horses you create will come with points. (See the FAQ under beginners bonus for more info).

So like Ammit said, she has a good breeding score since she is an exceptional producer, but likely won’t place well in any shows. So she’ll give you a daily payout, but that payout likely won’t increase much since she probably won’t earn many new points. She may also cause some damage around the barn.

Horses can do damage of up to 150HB's per day, there are several of us who belong to "WreckItRalphAnonymous" who actually collect and breed these horses.
Given she is an exceptional producer she will most likely Not cause damages on a regular basis.
