@Starstruck2, it’s toward the middle of the newsletter. It says, “As always our hearts are with the Ukrainian people right now. I am bringing back our Ukraine themed herd helper.” Below are links to Bluegrass, Forest, and Mesa servers. Click on the desired server and it will give you this herd helper :D

No problem! I love this herd helper, too. One of my favorites! I would have missed it as well, if it weren’t for this post. I’m new to the newsletters and glanced right over it at first.
