New RGS horses are not loading new images
  • I just splashed out on inkspot, puddle, and watercolor on a couple new foundations on each of my accounts. They are all showing the gene edits in their genetics, but none of them are registering the new genes on the images. I've logged out and back on, I've refreshed the images, I've cleared my cache and logged back in... all eight horses across four accounts still look like before the fantasy genes were added. What else can I try?

  • To add: I even dowloaded a new browser and they looked the same on the new browser as well.
  • I think the answer to this problem is that you need to reroll the portrait.

    Licenses mu, dfp2, Onyx. Splash M, Shatter Glass, Ice-2,4,6,7,9,13,15,16,17,18,19,20. Axiom-Blue/Red, WW, Nac, Thunder, Wc, IS, Toner, Chin, Plat, Phantoms-Apple, Bat, Bird/Critter Tracks, Bouquet, ghost, sun/star Runes, Cobweb, Puddle, Diamond spark, Hearts, Jellyfish, Spider, Wisp
  • from what I know of the Phantom genes ; you need to have white for it to show ; Tobiano, Splash or some White Kit gene, and I honestly dont think WT works well on black horses

  • Watercolor definitely changes on black. You might just have to wait for Ammit or send a PM. I'm not sure why they aren't changing.

  • You will need to reroll the image not refresh to get it to show. It is because the system doesn't regenerate horses from scratch anymore unless it has to. Apparently, I need to tell it that RGS purchases are one of those from scratch situations.

    I can reroll these ones but want people who also run in this before I put in the fix to know to REROLL. Not refresh. Genes purchased after this post is made will update automatically but anything purchased before this must be rerolled.
