Can someone please remind me what boost percentage is usually required to change a horse's paper by one level? Example on an exceptional producer to go from B to A. That would be 5%, correct?

Yes exceptional producers need a 5% boost to get to A.

Perfect Foundations (C/ Yellow) is 5% to Exceptionally Perfect (B/Red) and 5% from Exceptionally Perfect (B/Red) to A/Blue

Maybe I ve gotten lucky ; but generally i need 2% boosts to get a C papered Stallion to bump up to B :

@Annismyrph 1% gets you from perfect Foundations to b/red but it doesn't get you to exceptionally perfect..
