Buying barns and selling them

Each time I buy a barn the price goes up if I understand correctly. Would the price go down when I sell a barn? When I buy a larger barn I usually trade in one or two smaller ones to try to keep the number down. And hopefully the price down.

Yep, selling back barns for IVs brings the price of a new barn down. It also decreases the selling price of your remaining barns, though. I'm not sure what formula exactly the selling price is based on. But here's a thread I started about the price increase on IV purchase barns:
