How do I calculate how much a barn is worth in hb?

    I want to give someone hb and ask them to buy a barn for my giftee, but have no clue how to price it. I'd like to know how much for a 30 stall and how much for a 60 stall.

    There are two ways you could go about this:

    Today, the 30 stall is on sale for $7.13. If you don't want to spend real money, the "going rate" I've seen tends to be ~$100,000 HB to $1. So ~$700,000 hb.

    Or through the voucher exchange, 30 stalls is 10 IV's. 10 IV's @ $12,500 each is $120,000. Now, can you buy it with IV's for another player? No idea.

    What I thought is pay someone in hb to purchase it for my giftee in real money.

    I won['t be able to get the sale price, it'll take a few more daily payouts to accumulate that many hb. But thank you for giving me a number. Did you include some extra to make it worthwhile for someone?
