I think I am, I was given a recipient and a gifter. The gifter and I have said a few things to each other, but for some reason, my comments to my giftee are in the same places as my messages to my gifter, both mixed together. But message to my giftee aren't getting through, I don't know if that's related.

Okay, the message at the top of the page says "Messages to [recipient] your level 2 recipient."
Both my recipient and my giver are talking to me on that page, and my giver is getting very confused, I don't think she understands why I am asking her all the questions, she doesn't understand because they were intended for my recipient. For example, I asked my recipient what licenses did she have, and I asked again because she's not answering. My gifter has answered 3 times now and is getting frustrated. I have also used the different chat to my giver, and she can read the different messages there too.
I'm not sure I'm being very clear, but I'm very confused and so is my giver. -
Okay, now that we've struggle with it, we're both talking in the special gift messages, and it turns out, my giver wasn't talking to me in my recipient chat, my recipient is somehow some of the time labelled as my giver.
