Javascript Caching?

I often get this messge and it just keeps going for ages til I get ticked off and it's time to shut the computer down for the night, and I have to close it. How can I stop this from happening?
"Request received, but javascript caching is preventing the dialog from showing. Your image is generating but can not popup at this time. Please do not resubmit the image request." -
That message means your computer is refusing to respond to the image server and won't show the image. No amount of waiting till making an image show. Only exiting the page and coming back in will allow the image to show.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I have found if you clear your cache while leaving the tab open it will also load. At least it does on my mobile.
