I'm thinking about saving up for a 1000 stall to make managing my show herd easier. If I did this I would sell my other show barns. My question is could I use the barns I would sell to pay for the new barn or do I have to wait until I have the new and therefore stalls to keep my horses before selling the old ones?

If the first plan will work I'll probably start saving soon, if I have to do the latter I'll probably get another small one or two first as even though it wastes ivs I don't want to put my show string on hold until I can save enough.
