How to ask without sounding needy?

I've been very overstimulated lately which has led to me being cranky and isolated. Now I'm feeling kind of forgotten and unwanted. How do I solve this without seeming accusatory or like I'm just attention seeking?

You could invite a family member, or a group, to do an outdoor activity like beach bonfire or hike, if those are things you enjoy. Just asking someone you trust to do something you enjoy, whether indoors or outdoors, could help. I like going hiking or doing a movie night with one or two friends/family members.Might be addicted to pixel ponies...

I like the art collab idea, but I haven't been able to find artists that want to Collab with me(I've been doing so on Instagram).
My work is very physical, so I don't tend to like things that take a lot of energy on my off days. I also already have a mandatory family night every weekend. -
OK , but what about a NON mandatory get together like a BBQ on a week night? either co workers and / or family invited
