Answered - I thought you could send horses with la icense to your giftee without one?

I am trying to send a lined horse, with a license to my Giftee, I have multiple copies purchased of the license, why am I unable to send the horse?

Licenses will only transfer when a foundation is gifted. Lined horses can't bring a copy of the license with them.Thanked by 1Ammit
