    is there a chart somewhere that could help? I am wondering which herd helpers make red papered fillies.
    Also are there any special herd helpers that make Blue?

    All of the exceptional producer and exceptionally perfect herd helpers make red/B papered horses. If you check the herd helper list, it should tell you which of the rank specials are also exceptionals: https://www.huntandjump.com/herdhelpers.php

    The only way to get a blue papered foundation is to boost one that is already red papered.
    Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses in all the fancy colors.
