@Oatsman I figured the word Vixen because it's what I female fox is called and we have one that has pups in our back field every year :))

I do like fox valley as we are in a valley. The closest (nicest) thing to me is the Appalachian trail. Otherwise I'm in a super small farm town (2 traffic lights and the middle and high schools)... Stevie @Cherobird can vouch here :))

Edit - Fox Valley is a no go... it's already taken by someone in the ADGA

I would say Fox Hollow, but they're a meat farm in my area and I'm not sure that would cross paths at all.

@OscarWildin I love all of those names but unfortunately it seems like everything with "Fox" in it is already taken... I even checked Fox Hollow and it's taken lol

@CLynnRose that name is available but there is another name that is a little too close to it for them to accept it

@Forestshadow thank you for this! I have been struggling and blaming myself for "causing drama" at my uncle's memorial for the last 2 weeks but I got tired of her making the remarks... one of the comments she made was complaining about how hot it was in the building because of all of the "funeral people" and she also came over and interrupted the memorial to sell her raffle tickets. Just overall a rude individual. After about the 3rd comment in an hour time span, I asked her nicely to stop and she came at me with teeth showing. My husband dragged me away by the arm at that point. And then when my aunt caught wind of it and the lady gave her the description of a short girl with dark hair, shorts and glasses on top of her head, my aunt instantly went after my cousin who doesn't have the best repport with the family but she's making great strides in turning her life around. And when she found out it was me, she came at me while I was knelt beside my grandmother and caused a scene in front of her. My husband again had to intercept and my mother dragged me outside. My only solstice in the situation is my other aunt (her sister) and a few other family members stuck up for me and confronted my aunt for overstepping her bounds and her friend for the crude remarks...

Perhaps you can still use Fox, but not as the first word. Mountain Fox Acres perhaps? Try some of the great suggestions that other people have made but turn the words around.

My ex-husband's wife came up with our first choice name which is

Imbolc Acres.

Imbolc is an old Celtic festival that happens between the winter solstice and spring solstice to celebrate new life and fertility as It was a time to look forward to brighter days, warmer weather, new growth on the land and the birth of farm animals.

I've come to the conclusion that having fox in the name just isn't going to work so if anyone has any suggestions for our second choice name, we are still looking!
