It's the silver and the champagne diluting it. The blackout only gets rid of dun, gray, red, and bay. I often make a point of creating silvers and champagnes during blackout events because I love silver blacks and classic champagnes. I wish I'd remembered that before I used up all my creates for the day. I hope the blackout will still be on when that resets so I can make my creamsicle a classic champagne too.
