GMT Refund - Bug or Human Error

    I had some spare GMTs and was playing around with this colt:

    He was already Hom Dp as a hh create, so I tried to add Roan, Appy, and splash. The roan wasnt showing with the heavy dappling of the Dp so I tried adding minimal white factor and got the result I have now. The roan now is too strong so I wanted to put it back. But because that was my last GMT I cannot access the lab to refund that token & revert him to his normal with was white factor none.

    Do I need to buy another GMT to access the lab for a refund? Is there a way to access your GMT’d horses if you’re out of GMTs?

    Human error - white factor isnt a gene per say, just like gender. It cant be refunded. Welp. Time to reroll the image and hope for the best lol

    Played with it, still not getting the result. I paid another GMT to put bsck white factor and its still a loud roan color (that was a painful 125k lesson)

    Is it the hyperpigmentation from the grey causing the dark color?

    Yeah, the dark horse is gray and only 2 years old, so the color is coming from hyperpigmentation.

    Roan strength is random based on seed. It is completely unrelated to white factor.

    Don't edit the E status. That will not help.

    Thank you for input everyone it is greatly appreciated!

    @Ammit yes I unfortunately learned that the hard way after I bought IVs for a GMT to change his white factor, in my sleep deprived brain thinking thet would solve it, only to learn I could have just spent that money re rolling the image :-))
