Another way can be found on any barn page. Use the check box after each horse that you want to test on the extreme right-hand side of the page, then scroll down to the bottom. You will find the various tests available there. As Fiddler has noted, you'll want Genetic Testing.

There is a fee to most of the tests, including the genetic test, but a warning will pop up to let you know the total cost for doing the selected test for the horses you have chosen. This gives you a chance to not do tests you can't afford at that time.
