height to switch from pony to collectable?

    I know when you go to search horses it lists
    14.2 and Below for Ponies
    14.3 and above for Horses
    but what's the cut-off height to go from ponies to Collectables? (mini ponies) I think it was mentioned when the height regulator A gene came out but I can't find the info ^_^6

    Anything below 12 is collectible. Which is why they are not minis as they are too large to count as mintures.
