Error message regarding a license that I own

    I'm trying to breed some G2 horses that have ink spot and receiving an error message saying I don't own that license and should purchase a foundation horse with the gene. The sire of the horses I was trying to breed is a foundation stallion who does have that gene. It isn't showing up in his tattoos for some reason, and I'm receiving the same error when trying to breed him, even though he is the foundation horse with the gene.

    @ammit Any suggestions?

    Edit: the exact text of the error is: The sire or dam of this horse has a closed gene which you do not own the license for (Ink Spot). You must purchase a foundation horse with this gene to breed it.

    On your main page, it says you do not own the license. Did you give your license away during the gift exchange by chance?

    The most likely reason is that you gave away the license in a gift exchange. I will take a look and see.

    That seems strange because the horse I linked is a foundation who has the gene on him and I still own him. I don't think I've bred him a few months though so I'm not sure, maybe the error did start during the last gift exchange?
