Don’t think so but is their a way to buy the special genes with hb’s?

Sometimes they go on sale in the GMT labs ; usually around the gift exchange time Ammit will put some in the labs you can get with GMT's ( You buy IV's with HB's then buy the GMT with the IV's )
Or , you can pay another member to buy them with cash on to a specific horse for you
