I think it's a satin carrier. It's part of the satin party dress HH too.

I think that's it, it'll just be het satin. There are other herd helpers that are primarily just to add one copy of a rare gene and they're usually part of other rank special herd helpers more often than their own thing, like Dumuzids Gift. It could easily have been called Het Sooty Plus but that gene is rare enough that it's worth having a unique name for the HH.
