    What is this
    i went on the Gift exchange tab and there is nothing on that page
    to give or receive Random Gifts.

    It won't come until after the gift exchange closes to entries but since you must have either signed up for the gift exchange to receive something or participated in the past to be a gifter I want people to know now. I would hate for someone to say "well I would have done the GE one season if I had known I needed it to give random gifts.
