My ponies are gone

I wasn’t sure where to post this. But I got an email saying i should reclaim my account. Well I logged in last week or so and I still had my horses and now they’re gone ? I had almost all the Halloween herd helpers plus a candy one.

Are you sure you logged into the right account? Horses do not vanish mid-month. :)
