Last time, I made a list with a brief description of each horse, mostly whatever it was about the horse that made it match the wish list, and a link to the page, whether I gave the horse itself or straws. But I'm not sure either what's actually expected. I think the idea is just to prove that you know what you sent and why, to show you put some thought and care into it, not just sent whatever. With the additional automatic tracking, I think you could do more of an overview list and maybe include more details on anything that you had to pay another player to send for you, if you didn't have the license to do it yourself, for instance.

The actual names of the horses you have sent are already recorded. You will be asked to list things that are not automatically recorded and then provide a quick summary of anything notable about what you sent.

Use your notes area to keep track of eggs/straws and/or horses sent by other people to your giftees. I don't believe those come up in the notes the game saves.
