    Looking for cheap mares, I don't care if they are low PT barn wreckers. The specifications can be anything I don't mind, preferably 3-4 years of age (Cheap = 2500 or less)

    Have you checked the foundation rescue (owner 13 in the horse search)? They take all unpurchased perfect foundations from the auction and re sell them for 2500hbs.
