With the create a catastrophe contest going on, I was just curious if it’s actually possible to create horses with PT scores in the negatives (i.e. less than 0.00)

there are only 2 in the game currently (that are PT tested), so yes i'd say it is possible

Yeah I did that same search and saw that. I just wasn’t sure if it was still the case and people had just sold those back to the game or if it was no longer possible
