I'm in my final year of medical school, and in 2 weeks I find out if/where I matched for residency, the 5 year long hands-on portion of my medical training. Match Day is the most important day of their career for any doctor, defining the entire course of their career.

My rank list for programs has been submitted and can't be edited, programs have submitted their rank list of applicants, and there's absolutely nothing I can do to change the outcome at this point.

And I am freaking out.

I didn't have the best application for the specialty I applied to, I didn't get as many interviews as I'd have liked, and I have no idea if I'll even match... or if I do, if I'll end up at a program I want to be at.

Somehow this stress has manifested itself as being unable to find the perfect outfit to wear for our Match Day celebration, where I find out with (and in front of) all of my classmates, family, and friends, if/where I matched. Nothing seems right to wear!

Anyways, I'm a giant ball of stress, I'm being an absolute psychopath about trying to find an outfit, and I just needed to vent!
