I agree, definitely gray reduction and I'd do another copy of gray too. She might even get slightly darker with another E. And maybe ND1 with her dun and a copy or two of sooty+. Satin might even be nice if you find it worth the GMTs. If you want more of her W3 to show, you could add W20. Or if you want to change out her white markings entirely you could to tobiano and belton?

I agree with adding a second copy of gray and adding two copies of gray reduction. I’d also add another copy of both dun and silver. You could make her E/E although I’m not sure how much difference that would actually make. I’d also maybe add a copy or two of S+ because why not.

If you’re going to leave her white markings as they are now, I think a name related to Phantom of the Opera would be cool
